Physical Harm (external or internal)
- Beatings (TDHS – 4 out of 10 women since the age of 15)
- Women: 58%, Men: 40% – believe it is acceptable for a husband to beat his wife
- Burning with fire
- Use of weapons
- Hair pulling
- Pushing
- Twisting the arm/leg
- Banging the head against the wall/floor
- Stabbing or piercing any part of the body with a sharp object

- Denial of food
- Forcing someone to relocate without their consent
